A dozen times a day Backup.com.au staff remote control end-user computers without having to install any software on the workstations or worry about any firewalls. Using Ultr@VNC's "SingleClick" software, we have deployed a reverse-VNC connection.

When a Windows user runs the executable,it reach outbound through their firewall and connects to our customer support server.  It means that even a completely new client that we have never even visited before can be remotely serviced. Once the connection is severed, Backup.com.au is unable to re-established the connection, keeping our clients security intact.
